Look out for communications from Atlantis and Virgin with the latest guidance, especially for emails that Atlantis may send out the day before or the morning of the cruise.

Make sure your passport and wallet are in a carry-on bag that will never leave you, and not in any luggage you’ll leave curbside.

🕑 When to Arrive at the Cruise Port
About 3-4 weeks before departure, Atlantis will email you instructions on checking in via the Virgin Voyages app. During that process, you will select an arrival time in the early or mid afternoon.
Arrive at the time you chose in the Virgin Voyages app during the online check-in process. Tap Embarkation on the home screen in the app to see the time you chose.
Embarkation starts at 1:30 pm, so don’t arrive before then.
Expect to arrive before 4pm to avoid being late. Remember, ships don’t wait!
